B.Braun Australia Group is seeking a passionate Sales Specialist - Interventional Therapy to join our Aesculap team, supporting customers across NSW and ACT. You’ll drive adoption of our interventional therapy solutions and help improve patient outcomes through innovative care.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll collaborate with clinicians and nurses to understand needs, present tailored product solutions and achieve sales targets, while enabling product training and

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in a similar portfolio, ideally within Cardiac Catheter Labs, Interventional Radiology Suites, Operating Theatres, Medical and Day Oncology suits.
• Proven experience working with Consultants and Nurses in the chosen field and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record of sales achievements, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the hospital system.
• Able to deliver long term, customer focused solutions.
• Resilient and results driven, with exceptional relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills and good attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Identifying customer needs, generating leads and presenting product information
• Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
• Attending cases and providing technical support during surgical procedures
• Facilitating product trials & evaluations and delivering in-service training
