JBS Australia Pty Limited's English Academy seeks a Student Support Officer in Riverview, Queensland. You will be the first point of contact for international students, supporting wellbeing, attendance and pathways to success.

Placing emphasis on compliance with CRICOS, ESOS and National Code requirements, you will coordinate onboarding, manage records and liaise with support services to enable student success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in student services or international education.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with aXcelerate, PRISMS, SharePoint and MS Office.
• Understanding of CRICOS, ESOS and National Code requirements, or ability to learn quickly.

Aufgaben

• Provide front-line support and guidance to international students.
• Assist students to access internal and external support services.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding activities for new students.
• Organise student events, excursions, graduations and wellbeing initiatives.
• Monitor attendance and course progress records; support interventions.
• Maintain accurate student records in aXcelerate, SharePoint and other systems.
• Prepare student correspondence and documentation.
• Support CRICOS, ESOS compliance requirements.
• Contribute to a welcoming, culturally inclusive learning environment.
