JBS Australia’s English Academy in Riverview is seeking a student-focused Student Support Officer to welcome international students and support their wellbeing, engagement and success, while ensuring compliance with international education requirements.

You will coordinate orientation, monitor attendance, maintain records in aXcelerate and SharePoint, and assist with CRICOS, ESOS and National Code compliance, creating an inclusive, supportive learner environment.

Formación

• Experience in student services or international education.
• Knowledge of CRICOS, ESOS and National Code.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with high service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide front-line support to international students.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding for new students.
• Monitor attendance and course progress records.
• Maintain student records in aXcelerate and SharePoint.
• Support compliance with CRICOS, ESOS and National Code.
• Organise student events and wellbeing initiatives.
