Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support, order administration or a similar role.
• Experience in international sales support, export administration or working with international distributors is highly desirable.
• Experience coordinating international orders, freight, shipping documentation or export processes would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be a key point of contact for international customers, distributors and sales partners, managing enquiries, requests and resolving issues.
• Process and coordinate customer orders, follow up on deliveries, manage order issues and work closely with warehouse, logistics and finance teams.
• Support our international sales team with presentations, product information, pricing, promotional activities and distributor requirements.
• Liaise with freight and logistics partners, assist with shipping documentation and ensure customers are kept informed throughout the order process.
• Maintain accurate customer records, trading terms and pricing, prepare sales reports and keep systems up to date.
• Assist with product launches, new range submissions, promotional materials and international sales activities.
