Job summary

DBG Health is seeking a highly organised Customer Business Partner to join the Beauty Supply Chain team in Sydney on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. You will coordinate end-to-end order management for key wholesale customers, ensuring seamless fulfilment, inventory availability, and service delivery.

You will work with customers, 3PL providers, and internal teams to manage orders, support new product launches, and drive continuous improvements for customer satisfaction and operational

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Order Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience managing end-to-end order management and fulfilment processes (order processing, inventory, delivery).
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management across customers, suppliers, 3PL and internal teams.
• Solid understanding of supply chain operations including inventory, demand planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key wholesale customers as the primary contact for order management and service-related activities.
• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle: processing, inventory allocation, delivery coordination, and timely communication.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Sales and 3PL partners to optimise product availability and service levels.
• Proactively handle customer enquiries, escalations, claims, shortages, and fulfilment issues with prompt resolutions.
• Monitor and analyse customer and supply chain performance metrics to identify trends and improve forecast alignment and DIFOT.
