Job summary

Original Mineral Pro, based in Sydney, seeks an International Sales Support to act as the connective tissue between distributors and internal teams across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing and Finance. You will manage orders, pricing, and market-wide communications to ensure timely delivery.

You will coordinate with warehouses and freight partners, prepare export documentation, and generate regular sales reports across markets. Strong Excel and ERP/CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in sales support or related fields.
• Strong written communication and numerical confidence.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing, tracking and fulfilment of international distributor orders.
• Keep distributors updated on order status, shipping dates and back-orders.
• Coordinate with warehouses and freight partners on despatch schedules and shipping documentation.
• Flag stock issues to Director of Sales with relevant detail.
• Act as the first point of contact for distributor enquiries.
• Issue monthly distributor communications—sales and marketing updates, deal sheets, pricing changes.
• Build and issue weekly and monthly international sales reports by market.
• Maintain and issue international price lists, deal sheets and promotions as directed by leadership.
• Prepare and coordinate export documentation with Supply Chain.
• Set up new distributor accounts and maintain distributor master data in ERP/CRM.
