Job summary

Total Beauty Network Pty is seeking an International Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. This hands-on role blends international sales coordination, customer service and administration to keep orders moving and customers satisfied across global markets.

You will be the main contact for international distributors and customers, handling enquiries, orders, reporting and daily coordination with sales, operations and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support or order administration.
• Experience in international sales support, export administration or working with international distributors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for international customers, distributors and sales partners, managing enquiries and resolving issues.
• Process and coordinate customer orders, follow up on deliveries and manage order issues with warehouse, logistics and finance teams.
• Support international sales team with presentations, product information, pricing and promotional activities.
• Liaise with freight and logistics partners, assist with shipping documentation and keep customers informed throughout the order process.
• Maintain accurate customer records, trading terms and pricing, and prepare sales reports.
