Ploomo, a fast-growing fintech, is hiring a Sales Development Representative for their Melbourne team. This onsite role focuses on outbound follow-up with SME fintech leads across APAC and Europe, with a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus monthly bonus, targeting an OTE of $90,000–$100,000.

You will reconnect with existing leads, keep deals moving, and maintain clean CRM records while following structured daily tasks and reps. Strong phone skills and CRM discipline are essential.

Formación

• Experience handling high-volume outbound follow-up to move deals.
• Confident phone communication with repeat conversations.
• Accurate notes, activity logging, and follow-up tracking in CRM.
• Consistent and reliable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal reminders.

Responsabilidades

• Reconnect with existing leads through high-volume outbound calls to keep opportunities active
• Follow up consistently on assigned leads so deals keep moving rather than going cold
• Work through structured daily task lists and repeatable CRM workflows with speed and accuracy
• Keep CRM records clean, current, and aligned to real sales activity as it happens
• Log every interaction and track deal progress properly so the pipeline stays visible and usable
• Support the sales leader by getting the follow-ups and admin done that keep the sales engine moving
