Job summary

Frontline Human Resources is seeking an Internal Sales Support to join our well-established national manufacturing and distribution client in Girraween, NSW. This casual position offers a genuine pathway to permanency with a salary around $65,000 plus super for the right person.

You'll support Account Managers and Sales Reps across customer service, order processing, quotes and sales admin, while coordinating with production, despatch and finance teams to keep customers and orders moving

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, sales admin or customer service.
• Strong communication and data-entry accuracy.
• Experience processing orders and quotes in SAP/ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotes and requotes, including revisions in SAP.
• Respond to customer enquiries with prompt, professional support.
• Process warranty claims and after-sales service requirements.

Are you an experienced Sales Support or Customer Service professional who thrives on keeping customers, orders and sales teams moving?

We're looking for an Internal Sales Support person to join a well-established national business within the manufacturing and distribution sector based in Girraween.

This is a hands-on role supporting Account Managers and Sales Reps across customer service, order processing, quoting and sales administration. It's a casual opportunity with a genuine pathway to a permanent $65,000 + super position for the right person.

About the role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be an important part of the internal sales and customer service function.

You'll help keep everything moving behind the scenes - processing orders and quotes, responding to customers, coordinating with internal departments and making sure Account Managers and Sales Reps have the support they need.

It's a varied role suited to someone who is organised, responsive and enjoys solving problems rather than simply passing them on.

What you'll be doing

• Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing quotes and requotes, including revisions and amendments in SAP
• Responding to customer enquiries and providing prompt, professional support
• Processing warranty claims, rectifications and after-sales service requirements
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Reps
• Maintaining accurate customer, sales and CRM records
• Coordinating sales activities, promotions and product launches
• Preparing and maintaining sales documentation and product information
• Working closely with production, despatch, marketing, product and finance teams
• Following up customer requirements and helping resolve issues quickly
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make the sales support function more efficient

What we're looking for

You may currently be working in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service or Sales Coordination and looking for your next opportunity.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service or a similar role
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, confident communication style
• Experience processing orders, quotes and customer enquiries
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• SAP or ERP system experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to customer issues
• The ability to work collaboratively across different departments
• A genuine sense of urgency and pride in following things through
• A team-first attitude and commitment to delivering great service

Experience within manufacturing, distribution, building products, industrial products or a similar environment would be advantageous, but we're also interested in strong sales support and customer service candidates from other industries.
