Eaton is seeking an Internal Sales Representative based in Australia to provide quotation support and develop customer relationships across Power Quality services. You will coordinate with Sales, Service Operations, and Contract Administration to ensure accurate quotes and timely handovers, while maintaining records in SAP and Salesforce.

A strong customer focus, ERP experience and attention to detail help drive revenue growth and service excellence.

Qualificações

• Experience in internal sales, customer service, sales coordination, or similar commercial support role.
• ERP experience, SAP and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong customer focus with professional written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail with pricing, scope, and commercial documents.
• Organised, able to prioritise and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness and good judgement to identify risk.
• Collaborative and dependable, able to work independently.
• Willingness to build technical knowledge and cross-functional capability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide responsive, accurate quotation support for Power Quality services.
• Manage customer enquiries and sales opportunities from initial request through quotation and handover.
• Act as internal contact for service enquiries; maintain relationships.
• Prepare, issue and follow up quotations and standard service offers.
• Create and maintain Salesforce opportunities; record actions and handovers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service Operations, Field Service, Technical Support and Contract Administration.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint and other systems.
• Participate in training and improve quotation quality and turnaround time.
