Job summary

Eaton in Australia is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of Application Engineers across ANZ, delivering Power Quality solutions that meet customer, regulatory and business requirements. You will drive technical excellence, develop processes, and mentor engineers to ensure project delivery on UPS, DC systems, batteries and software.

The role partners with Sales, Product Management, and global teams to provide end-to-end solutions and accelerate Eaton's growth in critical

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in critical power or related electrical infrastructure environments.
Minimum of 3 years leading and developing technical engineering teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with authority.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of Application Engineers across Australia and New Zealand.
Provide technical leadership across standards, grid-connection requirements and regulatory compliance.
Lead technical reviews for bids, specifications and customer presentations.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Project Management, Software and Services teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
