Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Channel Presales Specialist in Sydney to provide technical presales across the Power Quality portfolio, including UPS, PDUs, monitoring software and services. You will work with BDMs, distributors, channel partners and end users to identify opportunities and design fit-for-purpose solutions.

The role involves training, product demonstrations, quotations, pipeline management in Salesforce, and presenting to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in technical presales, sales engineering or related fields.
• Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting channel partners and end users.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical presales support across Eaton's Power Quality product portfolio.
• Respond to customer and partner enquiries with timely technical advice and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify, qualify and progress sales opportunities.
• Design and recommend technically and commercially viable solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations and manage opportunities through Salesforce.
