Eaton is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team of Application Engineers across Australia and New Zealand, delivering Power Quality solutions that meet customer, regulatory and business requirements.

You will drive technical excellence, oversee bids and compliance, collaborate with sales, product, and global teams, and mentor engineers to achieve project timing and quality while promoting Eaton's values.

Formación

• 10+ years in critical power or related electrical infrastructure.
• 3+ years leading and developing technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Application Engineers across Australia and New Zealand.
• Provide technical leadership on standards, grid connection requirements, and regulatory compliance for critical power systems.
• Oversee complex bids, specifications, and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Project Management, Software and Services teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Coordinate with overseas factories and global engineering teams to resolve technical issues and align requirements.
• Manage late-point-definition design engineering to meet quality, compliance and delivery timelines.
• Attract, develop and retain top technical talent and mentor engineers to career goals.
