Job summary

Silverback Cargo Care is seeking an energetic Internal Sales Representative to drive new business from a Sunshine West base. You will cold-call and win new clients, then grow and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts while ensuring top-notch customer experiences.

Ideal candidates will have internal sales or B2B sales background, be comfortable with cold outreach, and hold a valid driver licence. The role is based on-site with a comprehensive benefits package in a growing market.

• High competence in cold calling and customer outreach via phone.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Strong knowledge of commercial sales principles, negotiation tactics, and market trends, especially those relevant to Silverback.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must hold a valid driver licence.

About the Role - Sunshine West Location

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and articulate Internal Sales Representative who is excited to initially focus on hunting for new business in this brand new role. You’re a team-player who loves “cold calling” and are experienced in winning new business, B2B Sales and passionate about customer experience. As your portfolio grows, you will support customers by managing their accounts and responding to inquiries.

Your Background

Ideally, you have a background in sales within small to medium-sized supply chains or industrial suppliers. You’re experienced in developing and managing commercial relationships, with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
