Job summary

Unifold Holdings Pty Ltd in Brisbane, Loganholme office, seeks a customer-focused role to support sales and estimating from enquiry through to quotation and follow-up.

You will respond to sales enquiries, prepare quotations for commercial projects and follow up to identify opportunities while maintaining accurate records and providing reliable service.

Working from our Loganholme office, you will assist customers and support our sales and estimating activities from initial enquiry through to quotation and follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to sales enquiries by phone and email
• Speaking confidently and professionally with customers
• Preparing quotations for commercial projects
• Following up quotations and identifying potential sales opportunities
• Recording customer and project information accurately
• Providing friendly and reliable customer service
• Using online construction-project platforms to identify new opportunities
• Assisting the estimating and sales team with general administration
• Attending occasional site visits throughout the Brisbane region
