REGUPOL Australia is seeking an Internal Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for customers and to support sales and customer service activities. The role involves handling enquiries, quotations, orders, and projects with close collaboration with external sales representatives and internal stakeholders.

The position is a 12-month contract with potential to transition to a permanent role based on business needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in customer service, internal sales, sales support, or administration.
• Preferably in the flooring and/or construction industry, but not necessary.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Has strong computer skills and is comfortable learning new systems.
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, reliable team.

As an Internal Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a key role in supporting both sales and customer service activities. You will work closely with customers, external sales representatives, and internal stakeholders to ensure enquiries, quotations, orders, and projects are managed efficiently and professionally. This is a 12-month contract position, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate, subject to business requirements.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.

Prepare and follow up quotations.

Process customer orders and maintain accurate records within company systems.

Support external sales representatives with customer and project requirements.
