SEDL Agencies in Harristown, Toowoomba, is seeking an Internal Sales professional to join a long-standing family-owned business supplying industrial, safety, and packaging products. You will handle high-volume calls and emails, provide technical support, and process orders while maintaining accurate records.

The role suits someone with customer service experience and an interest in sales support, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience mandatory.
• Experience in sales support is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience with technical products is desirable but not essential.
• Able to multi-task in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage high volume incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner

Provide technical support via phone and email to ensure optimum service to our customers

Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

Maintain accurate customer records

Other duties, responsibilities and projects may be assigned as required

If you have INDUSTRIAL manufacturing / fabrication background this will be regarded highly

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Previous customer service experience mandatory - Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships

Previous experience in sales support highly advantageous

Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office - Word and Excel

Proven ability to multi-task in a busy environment

Experience working with technical products is highly desired but NOT essential
