Rexel Australia in Hindmarsh is seeking a customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations and process orders, building strong relationships with customers over the phone, email and at the trade counter.

Working with a supportive branch team, you will deliver prompt, accurate service and identify opportunities to grow sales, while contributing to a seamless customer experience; on-the-job training is provided as part of a globally recognised

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with commercially minded approach.
• Experience in internal sales, customer service or trade counter.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and team-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in electrical wholesale or related environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, professional and accurate service to customers via phone, email and in person.
• Delivering friendly, professional and efficient service to customers.
• Processing customer orders, enquiries and quotations accurately and promptly.
• Follow up quotations and customer enquiries to support sales growth.
