Job summary

Rexel Australia in Strathpine seeks an enthusiastic customer-focused Sales/Branch Support professional to assist customers in-store, by phone and via email, while aiding daily branch operations. You will engage with electrical trades and commercial customers, build relationships, and help with quotes, orders and stock management.

The role emphasises teamwork across sales and warehouse functions, with opportunities to develop product knowledge and progress in a dynamic electrical wholesale

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, retail, warehousing or storeperson roles.
• Experience in electrical wholesale, hardware, building supplies or related industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to a wide range of electrical trades and commercial customers.
• Assist customers in the showroom, over the phone and via email.
• Respond to customer enquiries, prepare quotes and process sales orders.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Support the sales team with product availability, pricing, order updates and follow-up.
• Process and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, check and book in incoming stock and purchase orders.
• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Load and unload deliveries safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stocktakes.
