Job summary

Rexel Electrical Supplies, a part of the Rexel Group, Dubbo branch is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide in-store sales support and great service to customers in the electrical industry.

You will manage sales orders, quotes and customer projects, build strong supplier relationships, and handle customer queries with on-the-job training and support in a friendly, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Energetic and motivated to become an expert in the field.
• Passionate about building strong working relationships with customers.
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
• Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
• Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained
• Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls.
