Rexel Bendigo is seeking an Internal Sales team member to join our branch after an internal promotion. You will engage with customers, suppliers and the branch to support sales growth and ensure orders are processed efficiently from enquiry to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to electrical trades, businesses and commercial customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes.
• Follow up quotes and identify opportunities to convert enquiries into sales.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Support the external sales team and work collaboratively with the wider branch.
