Job summary

Rexel Australia in Hindmarsh is seeking a customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations and process orders, building strong relationships with customers over the phone, email and at the trade counter.

Working with a supportive branch team, you will deliver prompt, accurate service and identify opportunities to grow sales, while contributing to a seamless customer experience; on-the-job training is provided as part of a globally recognised

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with commercially minded approach.
• Experience in internal sales, customer service or trade counter.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and team-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in electrical wholesale or related environments is a plus.

Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Hindmarsh.

Working as part of a supportive and experienced branch team, you will manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will build strong relationships with customers over the phone, via email and at the trade counter, using your product knowledge and commercial awareness to identify opportunities and provide practical solutions.

Qualifications

You are naturally customer-focused, commercially minded and enjoy finding solutions for people. You may already have internal sales, customer service or trade counter experience, or be looking to build a sales career within the electrical, trade, construction, industrial or wholesale sector.

• Experience in a customer-facing, internal sales, retail sales or service role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A genuine interest in customer service and sales
• Experience in electrical wholesale, trades, industrial, building or construction environments will be highly regarded
