Job summary

Exide Technologies in Bankstown is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at our Bankstown site. You will assist with sales coordination, service scheduling, and customer enquiries to ensure accurate order processing.

Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will coordinate quotes, shipping, and service tickets, while maintaining strong internal and external relationships and driving continuous improvement in our processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales/service coordination in an industrial setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
• Experience using Oracle ERP; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for service technicians.
• Handle quotes, purchase orders, and sales documents.
• Manage orders from quote to delivery and invoicing.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
• Support general office duties and maintain customer relations.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, logistics, and finance for smooth handovers.
