Hume Doors & Timber (Aust) Pty Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis at our Thornton NSW location. You will support our sales operations by processing orders, handling customer enquiries and coordinating between clients and the sales team.

In this role you will maintain customer records, prepare quotations and invoices, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent service across New South Wales.

Qualifications

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Responding to client enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Maintaining and updating customer records and sales documentation.
• Coordinating order schedules and communicating delivery timelines to customers.

• Responding to client enquiries via phone, email and in person, providing product information and pricing
• Maintaining and updating customer records and sales documentation
• Coordinating order schedules and communicating delivery timelines to customers
• Preparing quotations and invoices for sales team approval
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and general office support
• Liaising with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm stock availability and order status
• Managing filing systems and ensuring all documentation is organised and easily accessible
• Contributing to month-end reconciliation and administrative reporting
