Job summary

Hume Doors & Timber (QLD) Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Sales Support at our Kingston warehouse. This role connects on-site manufacturing with our customer base, handling inquiries, clarifying orders and entering sales orders. Training will be provided, with familiarity of Pronto-Xi advantageous and strong computer skills a must.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting administration tasks and ensuring accurate order processing for customers in the building and hardware sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and handling orders.
• Accurate data entry and order processing.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.

We arelooking to employ an experienced, enthusiastic anddynamic person to join our sales teamin aCUSTOMER SALES SUPPORTrole. The position is available at our Kingston warehouse facility.

This role is crucial to our organisation as you are the link between our on site, high quality manufacturing operations and ourcrucially importantcustomer base.We are keen to employsomeone whocan hit the ground running, who possessesthe ability to pick things up quickly and who can become a critical part of our Customer Support team.The role consists of talking with customers, answering their questions, clarifying their orders, entering Sales Orders, and assisting in Administration functions as necessary.
