Job summary

Warringah Timbers in NSW is hiring an Inside Sales team member for a full-time role. The position involves answering phone inquiries, organizing deliveries, processing orders and quotes, and supporting Trade Accounts with daily admin tasks. You will also provide in-store assistance and help grow sales.

A strong work ethic, excellent communication, and confidence with Microsoft Office (Outlook) are essential, with timber knowledge a plus. Medical assessment is required before starting.

Do you enjoy a balance of office work and hands-on operations servicing customers?

Due to an internal promotion, the Warringah Timbers team is on the lookout for a reliable and flexible team player to join us as an Inside Sales team member on a full-time basis.

This role operates a full time hour week across Monday to Friday (with occasional half Saturdays). You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from responding to phone enquiries, organising deliveries, processing customer orders, preparing quotes and processing customer transactions in store.

You will need to complete a medical assessment prior to starting with Warringah Timbers.
