Hume Doors & Timber (Aust) Pty Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis at our Thornton NSW location. You will support our sales operations by processing orders, handling customer enquiries and coordinating between clients and the sales team.

In this role you will maintain customer records, prepare quotations and invoices, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent service across New South Wales.

Qualifications

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Responding to client enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Maintaining and updating customer records and sales documentation.
• Coordinating order schedules and communicating delivery timelines to customers.
• Preparing quotations and invoices for sales team approval.
• Providing general office support and liaising with warehouse teams.

Responsibilities
