Aqua Cooler Pty Ltd is actively seeking an Internal Sales and Customer Service Officer to respond to customer enquiries across phone and email, taking ownership from quote through to delivery and warranty support where needed.

You will liaise with warehouse, logistics and purchasing teams to gather information for customers, support promotional campaigns with marketing, and maintain CRM records to track sales activity, pipeline and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC/Plumbing/Hardware fields is helpful but not required.
• Internal sales/customer service experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer focused with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
• Familiarity with quotes, orders and invoicing systems (Netsuite preferred).

Internal Sales and Customer Service Officer

The position will involve responding to customer enquiries across various communication channels including phone and email, taking ownership of the enquiry and seeing it through to completion. Customer enquiries may range from sales and quotations to order processing and fulfilment and where required product and warranty support. A level of operations assistance is also required such as liaising with our warehouse, logistic and purchasing team to get the answers you require to support your customers. Proactively the internal sales and service team is also responsible for executing various customer maintenance tasks ranging from general check-in communications to executing promotional campaigns in conjunction with our marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to inbound enquiries by phone and email
• Updating internal CRM on sales activities
• Providing updates to management on sales activity, pipeline and revenue projections
• Speaking with customers via phone and email to quote plumbing and HVAC products to suit customers particular requirements
• Providing aftermarket support and customer service to solve customers issues via phone and email
• Liaising with third party service agents to see field service jobs through to completion
• Work effectively with others in a team-based environment to accomplish organisational goals
• Take ownership of your customers outstanding enquiries and ensure they are seen through to completion while liaising with other business areas such as accounts, logistics, aftermarket service and operations

About you

• Experience within HVAC/Plumbing/Hardware fields (not essential)
• Internal sales/customer service experience
• High attention to detail
• Customer satisfaction focused with a "do what needs to be done" attitude
• Proven ability to multi task and learn quickly
• Experience using a general computer software system used to generate quotes, orders and invoices (Netsuite ERP experience highly regarded)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word
• High level of organisation and ability to work autonomously
• Strong problem-solving skills and a "can do" attitude
