Job summary

W&P Pumps in Kyabram (Victoria) is seeking an organised internal salesperson to be the first point of contact for customers, supporting our sales reps, answering enquiries, booking service jobs, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You will handle quotes, coordinate service and breakdown jobs with operations and field service, manage data entry and records in HubSpot, and assist with stock and product availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or internal sales.
• Confident and friendly on the phone.
• Organised, reliable and able to juggle a busy workload.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.
• Clear communication and good attention to detail.
• Background in pumps, irrigation, agriculture, rural supplies, plumbing or a trade.
• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM, or with quoting systems.
• Some mechanical or technical understanding or willingness to learn.
• A current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Look after general admin, including filing, data entry and keeping customer and job records up to date in HubSpot and our job system
• Follow up quotes and enquiries, including leads from our website and Facebook

• Help out at field days and events from time to time

About you

We supply, build, install and service pumping systems for farms, contractors, councils, industry and homes across Northern Victoria and Southern NSW. Our field service team keeps customers' systems running, especially through irrigation season. We're a practical, hands-on team that looks after our customers, and we're growing.
