Job summary

Aqua Cooler Pty Ltd is actively seeking an Internal Sales and Customer Service Officer to respond to customer enquiries across phone and email, taking ownership from quote through to delivery and warranty support where needed.

You will liaise with warehouse, logistics and purchasing teams to gather information for customers, support promotional campaigns with marketing, and maintain CRM records to track sales activity, pipeline and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC/Plumbing/Hardware fields is helpful but not required.
• Internal sales/customer service experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer focused with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
• Familiarity with quotes, orders and invoicing systems (Netsuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries by phone and email.
• Update CRM on sales activities.
• Provide updates to management on sales activity, pipeline and revenue projections.
• Quote plumbing and HVAC products to suit customer requirements.
• Provide aftermarket support and customer service via phone and email.
• Liaise with third party service agents to complete field service jobs.
• Work in a team-based environment to achieve organisational goals.
• Own customer outstanding enquiries and coordinate with accounts, logistics and operations.
