Zusammenfassung

TLE Mudgee is seeking a customer-focused team member to support counter sales and related admin tasks in our Mudgee store. You will handle over-the-counter sales, phone inquiries, purchasing, invoices and reports, online orders, and stock housekeeping.

The role requires basic computer skills and a willingness to learn our systems. Based in the Mudgee area, this full-time role offers hands-on experience in a busy electrical wholesale environment, with opportunities to develop product knowledge

Qualifikationen

• Must be customer focused and willing to learn our systems.
• Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use MS Office.
• Flexible and team oriented with a willingness to help the crew.

• Serve trade account customers and retail customers over the counter.
• Handle phone based sales.
• Assist with purchasing and invoicing processes.
• Process online orders and generate reports.
• Maintain tidy shelves and assist with deliveries as needed.

TLE Mudgee is a longstanding electrical wholesale business servicing Electricians and Industrial businesses in the area as part of the national MM network. We provide goods and services in domestic/commercial/industrial electrical markets including lighting, security/data, tv renewables, mining and more. We are seeking a new team member to help internally with sales duties ranging from counter sales to quotations and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Serving trade account customers and retail customers over the counter
• Phone based sales
• Purchasing
• Processing invoices and reports
• Online order processing
• Assisting with housekeeping duties like cleaning and shelf stock management
• Assisting with deliveries as needed
