Middy’s Electrical is seeking a Senior Counter Sales person to join our team. This customer-facing role focuses on sales, quotations, and delivering outstanding service while leveraging strong electrical product knowledge to assist customers.

You will identify sales opportunities, develop relationships, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The role supports growth in our national network with a commitment to quality and customer success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within electrical wholesale or a similar industry.
• Strong quotation preparation and follow-up skills.
• Sound product knowledge, ideally within electrical products and solutions.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Competent PC skills.

The Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Counter Sales person to join our team.

This is a customer-facing role where sales experience, quotation preparation and follow-up, electrical product knowledge, and outstanding customer service skills are key priorities. You will play an important role in building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, providing technical product advice and delivering excellent service every day.

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, commercially minded, open to learning and committed to developing their career within the electrical wholesale industry.
