Job summary

Go Electrical Kirrawee is hiring for a full-time role at our busy Kirrawee branch. You will serve trade customers at the counter, prepare project quotes and manage key account enquiries, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

You’ll work Monday to Friday with one Saturday shift per month, 7:30am–11:00am, and contribute to a collaborative, close-knit team while developing skills across sales, quoting and customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade sales or customer service.
• Comfortable preparing quotes and working across different systems.
• Able to build relationships with customers.
• Organised, willing to learn and help the team.
• Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights.

About Us

Go Electrical Kirrawee is part of MMEM, one of Australia’s largest electrical wholesaling groups. We have the backing of a national network and the feel of a local branch, where the team knows its customers and helps each other out.

The Role

You’ll serve customers at the trade counter, prepare project quotes and look after key customer accounts. It’s a busy branch, so you’ll work closely with the team and pitch in wherever needed.

This is a full-time role – Monday to Friday. The team rotate one Saturday morning shift a month, from 7:30am to 11:00am.

What You’ll Do

• Serve trade customers at the counter, over the phone and by email
• Prepare quotes for projects and follow up with customers
• Manage orders and enquiries for key accounts
• Work with suppliers to source products and pricing
• Help customers find the right products and keep orders moving
• Lend a hand with other branch tasks as needed

About You

• Experience in trade sales or customer service, or a background on the tools with an interest in moving into sales
• Comfortable preparing quotes and working across different systems
• Able to build relationships with customers
• Organised, willing to learn and happy to help the team
• Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights

Electrical wholesale experience would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
