Prime Recruitment Group in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Blue Collar Recruiter to manage and grow an established desk across Trades, Manufacturing, Industrial, Transport, Construction and Resources sectors. This full-time role handles end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, and client relationship development to deliver tailored workforce solutions.

You will build talent pipelines, conduct client visits, and contribute to workforce planning while maintaining accurate CRM

• Previous agency recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting within blue collar, trades, industrial, labour hire or related sectors.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail.

Prime Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Senior Blue Collar Recruiter to manage and grow an established desk servicing clients across Trades, Manufacturing, Industrial, Transport, Construction and Resources Sectors throughout Western Australia.

This full time position is responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process, developing client relationships, sourcing quality candidates and delivering recruitment solutions to a portfolio of existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow an established client portfolio

Deliver end to end recruitment services across blue collar and trades-based roles

Source, screen and place candidates across temporary and permanent positions

Build and maintain talent pipelines

Develop long term client and candidate relationships

Conduct client visits and workforce planning discussions

Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development

Maintain accurate records within recruitment systems and CRM platforms

Skills & Experience

Previous agency recruitment experience

Experience recruiting within blue collar, trades, industrial, labour hire or related sectors

Strong client relationship management skills
