Job summary

SRG Global in Subiaco, WA, is seeking an HR Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and site-based roles across WA. You'll partner with hiring managers and operations to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment outcomes.

Reporting to the HR Recruitment Team Leader, you will build candidate pipelines, screen and shortlist, coordinate checks, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment within agency or internal environment.
• Experience recruiting trades, labour hire or site-based personnel.
• Exposure to construction/mining/industrial services recruitment is advantageous.
• Strong candidate sourcing and building talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers and operations to understand current and upcoming workforce needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across blue-collar and site-based roles.
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, SEEK and referrals, building talent pools.
• Coordinate job advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and candidate communication.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding support with mobilisation teams.
• Maintain recruitment records in the ATS and prepare offer letters.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and represent SRG Global at events.

Are you an experienced blue collar recruiter looking to move into an internal role, or already working in internal recruitment and keen to broaden your exposure across mining, construction and industrial services?

SRG Global is looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our team in Subiaco, WA.

This is a permanent, full time role supporting blue collar recruitment across our Western Australian operations. You'll work closely with hiring managers and operational teams, managing recruitment requirements from sourcing through to onboarding.

Reporting to the HR Recruitment Team Leader, you'll be part of a wider national HR team, working alongside recruitment and HR colleagues to support the business.

About the Role:

As an HR Recruitment Officer, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions, working closely with operational teams to understand workforce requirements and deliver recruitment outcomes.

The role will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, actively sourcing candidates and taking ownership of their recruitment portfolio, while maintaining a strong focus on candidate care, compliance and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers and operational teams to understand current and upcoming workforce requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of blue-collar and site-based positions.
• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals and other recruitment channels, while building and maintaining talent pools.
• Manage job advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviews and candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and work closely with mobilisation and site administration teams to support onboarding.Prepare letters of offer and maintain accurate recruitment records through our ATS, SuccessFactors.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Represent SRG Global at industry events, workshops and networking opportunities.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• Previous experience in recruitment, gained within an agency or internal recruitment environment.
• Experience recruiting trades, labour hire or site-based operational personnel.
• Exposure to recruitment across construction, engineering, mining, resources and/or industrial services would be highly regarded.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills and the ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Confidence working directly with hiring managers and managing multiple recruitment requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and an understanding of recruitment compliance requirements.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
