Job summary

AlphaFit Equipment & Flooring on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Internal Key Account Coordinator – Commercial to join our Sales team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will manage internal sales and provide dedicated account support across AlphaFit’s commercial customer portfolio.

You will coordinate with Design, Operations, Flooring, Production and Logistics to move quotations, orders and projects from enquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, account management or sales coordination.
• Proven ability to prepare and manage customer quotations.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
• Experience with CRM/ERP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations for commercial customers and manage revisions.
• Develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with design, operations, flooring, production and logistics.
• Monitor project progress and communicate with customers.
