Job summary

Think Cooling Australia Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an organised, proactive Admin & Sales Support to join our team. You will be the vital link between customers, the sales and installation teams, and suppliers to keep jobs moving from enquiry to installation and follow‑up.

This role suits someone who enjoys owning tasks, managing details and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Respond to new customer enquiries and guide clients through next steps.
Create and manage leads, customer information and jobs in JMS (Simpro).
Follow up outstanding sales leads and assist with customer communications.
Liaise with customers to confirm installation dates and job details.
Prepare job documentation, purchase orders and installation information.
Keep customers informed throughout their Think Cooling journey.
Assist with stock, equipment and asset management.
Provide general administrative support to keep the office and team running smoothly.
