Centacare is seeking a Change Communications Advisor to support the Transformation Team during a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on turning complex changes into clear, engaging communications that help staff understand and adopt new ways of working.

You’ll work with project managers and senior leaders to craft messages, update intranets, and develop a range of communications across channels. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex information into clear messages.
• Experience developing internal communications plans for organisational change.
• Ability to tailor communications for multiple audiences across the organisation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver internal communication plans to support transformation and new systems.
• Translate changes into clear, engaging messages with project managers and stakeholders.
• Create staff updates, FAQs, presentations and leadership briefings.
