Job summary

Avant Mutual Group is seeking a Senior Change & Communications Consultant to join the People & Culture team. You will drive people-centred change initiatives, translating complex information into clear content and engaging employees to adopt new ways of working.

You will partner with leaders and project teams to deliver change, learning and communication activities across organisational priorities, strengthening culture and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years' experience in change management, organisational development, employee engagement, internal communications, learning or transformation environments.
• Experience supporting organisational, technology or business process change initiatives.
• Strong written communication and content design skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into engaging communications.
• Proven ability to create a wide range of change, communication, training and learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People & Culture and stakeholders to assess change impacts and develop change strategies.
• Design and deliver change and communication activities aligned to priorities and readiness.
• Create engaging communications and materials including messages, FAQs, leader briefing packs, presentations, intranet content and updates.
• Translate complex changes into plain-English content that resonates with employees.
• Build strong relationships to validate messaging and support engagement.
• Support leaders with tools and guidance to lead through change.
