Gallagher in Australia is seeking an Internal Account Executive to support a portfolio of commercial and corporate insurance clients. You will work closely with brokers to service accounts, renewals, endorsements and day-to-day administration.

You will build durable client relationships, identify growth opportunities and contribute to service excellence while developing your insurance knowledge and career path within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience within insurance or client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Tier 1 Insurance qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Desire to build a long-term career in insurance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and general account administration.
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within the portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, policy documentation and client communications.
• Support credit management and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional client service at every interaction.
