Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Shift Manager at a Delivery Station in Australia. You will lead a large team of Associates, mentor staff, and uphold safety and performance standards to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries.

The role requires coordinating with multiple support teams and maintaining a strong Health & Safety culture on-site. The position offers a 4 days on / 3 days off pattern and shifts across Wednesday to Saturday from 2:30 am to 12:30 pm, with responsibility for

Qualifications

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts.

Responsibilities

• You’ll support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• You’ll maintain Health and Safety standards, while promoting a Health and Safety culture on-site.
• You’ll collaborate with all support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives.
• You’ll stand and walk for up to 10 hours during shifts.
• You’ll lead a large team of Associates.
