Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking an Operations Lead – Integration Reliability to oversee the operational management of the Integration Platform services within our Data and AI team. You will drive stability, reliability, and automation, ensuring SLAs are met across enterprise services while guiding a small team.

Collaborating with product, engineering and platform teams, you will shape processes, budgets, and stakeholder engagement to deliver dependable, scalable integrations in a hybrid cloud

Qualifications

ITIL qualification (ITIL v3/v4) required.
Experience in service management operations and SLA design.
Proven leadership of small teams.
Experience with platform as a service and hybrid cloud.
Strong stakeholder engagement across Technology.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational management of the Integration Platform Service Integration and Management framework.
Lead automation enablement for service management and reliability.
Direct operations for integration services to improve delivery.
Provide people leadership to a small direct-report team.
Assist budget discussions for licensing and maintenance.
Engage stakeholders to communicate quality strategy.
Influence outcomes and drive customer-focused results.
