Zusammenfassung

Leidos Australia is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer / Platform & Environment Manager to oversee reliability, availability and security of a mission-critical health platform across multi-cloud and on-premises environments.

You will define SLOs/SLIs, drive IaC, CI/CD, automation and DevSecOps, mentor platform teams, and collaborate with architects, delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in SRE, platform engineering, or environment management across multi‑cloud and hybrid infra.
• Proven leadership with governance and operating standards across engineering and security.
• Experience in defence/healthcare or highly regulated environments with ITIL knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead SRE and platform operations across cloud and on‑prem environments ensuring high availability and compliance.
• Define SLOs/SLIs, manage incidents, root cause analysis, and resilience improvements.
• Drive IaC, CI/CD, automation, and DevSecOps practices for platform engineering.
• Lead deployment of new health capabilities into customer environments and ensure interoperability.
• Mentor platform engineering teams and report on health and risks.
