Job summary

Gallagher in Adelaide is seeking an Internal Account Executive to support and service a portfolio of commercial and corporate insurance clients, working closely with experienced brokers and account executives. This is a hands-on role focused on renewals, endorsements, policy documentation and high-quality client service.

You'll gain exposure to a diverse client base, develop technical insurance knowledge and contribute to client retention, growth and service excellence across a local market.

Qualifications

• Experience within insurance, financial services or a client facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Tier 1 Insurance qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• A desire to build a long term career in insurance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and general account administration.
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify cross‑selling and growth opportunities within the portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, policy documentation and client communications.
• Support credit management and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional client service at every interaction.
