Job summary

Westpac Group in Parramatta seeks a Team Member, WIB Operations, to support Institutional Banking customers. The role involves handling inbound calls and emails, processing payment requests and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

The position is based in a contract-centred environment with a rotating roster and full-time hours between 9:00am and 6:00pm. A strong customer focus and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking, financial services, operations or customer service environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
