Job summary

All Doors in the Toowoomba region is seeking an experienced scheduler to own the end-to-end scheduling of residential, commercial, and industrial door and gate installations and services. You will coordinate people, products, and timeframes to deliver a smooth customer experience and hit daily/weekly install targets.

The role requires strong communication, high attention to detail, and comfort with scheduling/CRM tools. Immediate start for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the forward install calendar for doors, gates, and automation.
• Allocate jobs to the right crew based on capability, location, and equipment.
• Be the main contact for customers from booking to completion.
• Maintain job and stock parts inventory.
• Track job status, notes, and dates in the system and monitor KPIs.

Job description

Own the end-to-end scheduling of residential, commercial, and industrial door and gate installations and services. Coordinate people, products, and timeframes to deliver a smooth customer experience, maximise crew productivity, and hit daily/weekly install targets.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain the forward install calendar for sectional doors, roller doors, shutters, gates, and automation

Allocate jobs to the right crew based on capability, location, and vehicle/equipment availability

Be the main point of contact for customers from booking to completion

Maintain job and stock parts inventory

Maintain accurate job status, notes, and dates in system and track KPIs

About you

Proven scheduling experience in trades, construction, or service (garage doors, glazing, electrical or similar highly desirable)

Excellent phone and written communication; confident with homeowners and builders

High attention to detail; able to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure

Tech-savvy: comfortable with scheduling/CRM tools, shared calendars, and mobile job apps
