Are you highly organised, meticulous, detail-focused and enjoy keeping things running smoothly?

BX Bunka Australia, specifically Steel-Line Garage Doors is looking for a proactive and dependable Installation Scheduler to join our Sunshine Coast team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, communicating with customers and being part of a supportive team environment.

Experience in scheduling, administration or a trade-based business is highly regarded, however attitude, organisation and a willingness to learn are just as important.

About the Role

You will assist in coordinating our installation teams, communicating with customers and ensuring jobs are scheduled and completed efficiently.

No two days are the same. While we generally schedule a few days in advance, priorities can change, so you'll need to be adaptable, organised and ready to help find solutions when plans shift.
