Job summary

G.James Group in Adelaide is seeking an Installation & Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate installation activities and product dispatch from factory to site, ensuring deliveries meet deadlines and safety standards.

You will work with subcontract installers and an in-house service technician to maintain schedules, optimise resources and keep customers informed of progress. The role is based at Edinburgh, near Adelaide, and offers full training and strong job security.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, dispatch, logistics or administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate installation and service teams to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries and transport requirements.
• Maintain installation and dispatch schedules and documentation.
• Communicate with customers to manage expectations.
