Job summary

Hennessy Real Estate is seeking an Inspection Manager to join our Moree Property Management team. You’ll handle routine property inspections, prepare comprehensive reports with photos, and support our Property Managers with accurate tenant communication.

Ideal candidates are well organised, reliable, and able to manage their own schedule. Real estate experience helps but is not essential as training is provided to ensure high standards across our residential portfolio.

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Reliable, punctual and takes pride in doing things properly.
• Basic computer skills (training provided on our systems).
• Real estate experience is helpful but not essential.

We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and people-focused Inspection Manager to join our Moree Property Management team.

This role is central to the smooth running of our property management department and would suit someone who enjoys being out and about, working with people, and maintaining high standards across a residential portfolio.

You’ll be responsible for routine inspections, entry and exit reports, and supporting our Property Managers with accurate reporting and strong tenant communication.

• Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos and notes

• Liaise professionally with tenants and landlords

• Identify maintenance issues and report accurately to the team

• Support Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio requirements
