Job summary

Investorkit Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking Property Inspectors to support our inspection program in Taree, NSW. This contractor role is on a per-inspection basis, with weekend availability required and travel between inspection locations.

You’ll be the on-the-ground representative, capturing clear photos, recording video walk-throughs, and completing digital checklists in line with provided guidelines. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend properties at the scheduled inspection time.
• Complete assigned property inspections in accordance with provided guidelines.
• Take clear photos of required internal and exterior areas.
• Record video walkthroughs where required.
• Complete a structured digital checklist.
• Record clear and factual inspection observations.
• Complete applicable checks as required for the assigned inspection.
• Upload the required inspection information through the platform upon completion.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with a background in customer service or client-facing roles who is ready to step into the dynamic world of real estate, or a current Leasing or Inspections Officer looking to work with a reputable and supportive organisation. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
